Due to the nature of our natural skincare products, we cannot process returns or exchanges once items have been shipped and delivered. Product Nature & Limitations

Our soaps and skincare products are made with natural ingredients and traditional methods. Once shipped, these items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality standards for all our customers.

 

Natural Product Variations

As our soaps are made using traditional cold-process methods, slight imperfections and color variations may appear by nature. Please note that these minor imperfections won’t, in any way, affect the quality or performance of your soaps. Each bar is unique, reflecting the artisanal nature of our craft.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Body butters and skincare items
  • Lip balms and personal care products
  • Essential oil sprays
  • Gift sets and bundles
  • Sale and discounted items
  • Products that have been opened or used

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please provide photos of the damaged items when contacting us.
