However the reality is that the vast majority of these businesses are struggling to transition into this regenerative and inclusive economy.
We are the change makers that facilitate and inspire more and more business leaders to make this transition by using business as a force for good, where businesses value people and planet as much as profit.

Meet the founder
Charlene Nawar
Founder & Conscious Executive Officer
With a background in corporate law, Charlene was convinced she wanted to do more, to create positive change for the people and the planet. Not just a band aid solution, but changing policies, practices and mindsets that would have long lasting effects for generations to come.
Charlene is an impact consultant, speaker and advocate who supports purpose-led businesses to use their business as a force for good. Her rigorous methodology skills and strong focus on regenerative and purpose driven companies makes Charlene an enabler in driving change in various social and environmental impact areas. Charlene is also a trained B Corp consultant and one of the leaders of the B Corp movement in the UAE, offering support with certification and the Business Impact Assessment.
Creating an employee centric culture is important to us, a place where we all belong and have shared values. We are a small yet incredibly passionate ecosystem of individuals that sometimes need to regenerate by swapping work for fresh air and yoga.
Unwrapped Gives Back
As part of our mission to give back, Unwrapped have partnered with 1% for the Planet for the preservation and restoration of the natural environment. As a member, we contribute to nonprofit partners that support the issues and communities that matter most to us.
We do this to demonstrate our corporate responsibility because we understand the necessity of protecting the natural environment and that profit and loss are directly linked to its health due to the social and environmental impacts of industry.
