Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot process a return or exchange of an item once it has been shipped. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

As our soaps are handmade, slight imperfections and color variations may appear by nature. Please note that these minor imperfections won’t, in any way, affect the quality of your soaps.
