SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible, because we know how important it is that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to an error in address. 

Delivery Fees

Delivery across the UAE will be charged at 15 AED.

UAE orders of AED 150 or more qualify for free shipping. The product total must be AED 150 or more after any discount is applied to earn free shipping.

Delivery Areas

We are currently delivering across all the emirates in the UAE; including Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah. Should you live in a remote area outside the main city areas, additional charges may apply to your order and we will get in touch with you and let you know before your order is dispatched.  

Delivery Time

Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-4 working days to be fully processed. We try our best to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

For remote area deliveries (outside the city limits), please expect to receive your delivery within 5 working days.

International shipping is available on request.  

If an attempt delivery has been made and the parcel hasn’t been able to be delivered to the requested address, the parcel will be sent back to us. If that happens, we are not responsible for any shipping cost.
