The pillow can also be heated in the oven or put in the fridge or freezer and then laid across the eyes, which can be helpful if you suffer from headaches or migraines.

The eye pillow consists of an inner pouch, outer cover and matching pouch to keep it clean when it’s not in use. The pouch and outer cover can be removed for washing and the inner pouch contains flaxseeds and lavender.
